This year we have, amongst other things:

  • The annual Julian Festival Lecture, ‘Companions in Solitude’, given this year by Father Bruce Batstone, one of the first four Companions, received in 2009
  • A prayer workshop followed by a book launch of the work of Father Robert Llewellyn, the moving spirit behind the beginning of the Friends of Julian
  • The Friends’ AGM, followed by a forum with key, influential individuals who will take questions about possible far-reaching future developments at and around Julian’s Cell
  • A talk on Contemplative Ethics in Julian of Norwich and Teresa of Avila and book signing
  • A History Walk along King Street in the time of Julian with, author, and one of the acknowledged experts.
